The Movemenet Center Scandinavia, with its main location in Oslo, Norway, was established in 2001. It is connected with The Movement Center in Portland, Oregon, USA. The center offers the opportunity to practice Trika Yoga, and to learn about the philosophy behind the practice.

The name of the center refers to the dynamic stillness which lies at the core of our being. Experience of and immersion in that fundamental reality is the purpose of the spiritual practice offered at the center. The practice emphasizes meditation and other practices in order to release tension and allow the flow of creative energy in all dimensions of life. The practice is open to anyone seeking an authentic spiritual experience.

An affiliate center was started in Copenhagen, Denmark in the fall of 2004. In the fall og 2008, a center was opened in the town of Sortland in northern Norway. These centers also offer the opportunity to practice Trika Yoga, and to learn about the philosophy behind the practice
